NextGen Corporate Skills Training (Pty) Ltd is a SETA- and QCTO-aligned accredited training provider offering Business, Commerce, and Management qualifications, including Project Management NQF Level 5, Business Administration NQF Level 4, and Office Administration NQF Level 5. We specialize in developing workplace-ready professionals through accredited learning, leadership programmes, and corporate compliance training.

Yes. NextGen Corporate Skills Training operates under the accreditation of relevant Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) and the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO). All qualifications and unit standards are registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

Absolutely. All certificates issued by NextGen are nationally recognized and quality assured by the relevant SETA or QCTO, ensuring credibility and compliance across South Africa’s education and employment sectors.

We offer: • Accredited full qualifications and skills programmes (NQF Level 4–6). • Short courses, workshops, and workplace readiness training. • Corporate and compliance-focused learnerships (18.1 & 18.2). • Leadership, communication, and digital transformation programmes.

Courses are delivered through blended learning – combining classroom facilitation, virtual sessions, and workplace-based practicals. Learners access resources via our Learning Management System (LMS) and receive facilitator-led support throughout the programme. We use three flexible learning modes to meet different learner needs: • Face-to-Face Training: Interactive classroom sessions led by facilitators. • Online Learning: Self-paced or virtual instructor-led sessions via our LMS. • Blended Learning: A combination of digital and in-person sessions for practical and theoretical balance. Our Learner Management System (LMS) also allows access to materials, progress tracking, and feedback submission.

Yes. Many of our programmes are designed for working professionals and offer flexible schedules, weekend workshops, and online study options.

Each qualification has specific NQF entry levels, but generally, learners must have a Grade 12 certificate or relevant work experience. For RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) applications, evidence of prior knowledge and workplace experience is required.

Fees are determined based on the programme type, duration, and level. Prices include facilitation, learner support, assessments, moderation, and certification. Quotations are provided upon application. Course fees vary based on the qualification, delivery mode, and funding arrangement. • Fees can be paid via EFT, PayFast, or direct deposit. • We offer monthly payment options for self-funded learners. • For corporate or funded programmes, payment schedules follow SETA or employer-approved funding tranches. All payments are governed by our official Fees, Payment & Cancellation Policy (Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions).
